At Catan last night Snake stood on my phone with his heel (least he had socks on!)
Now my phone looses power whenever the keyboard pops out effectively making my phone very very difficult to use, also randomly the screen stops working and is a mission to get running. Also sometimes doesn't power up.
My theory is that he may have broken something supplying power inside the phone, maybe the ribbon cable??
Its a Sony Xperia X1, if anyone thinks they can pop open my phone and and take a look I will greatly appreciate it!! Otherwise if anyone has a spare I can borrow temporarily till I can afford a phone that would also be appreciated.
Without a phone I am in a weird position as I can't go out without one due to mental health reasons. So any/all help is welcome.
PS: I did try my old phone but still getting the weird "Sim card not read error message" :(
Was going to ask how that phone turned out, but looks like it's broken. Sorry about that. Let me know how much it costs to replace it for you. See me on IRC sometime.
Hey snake, is all good. I won't know till Monday nothings open till then. I will ring the Sony and see if they can direct me on what I have to do to get it fixed on Monday, and find out the cost. I really am low on $$ so I think a bit more panicky than normal.
Won't be in IRC a few days, gives me a few days to stop worrying and being all negative around others -.-
